Water Damage to Lusby Basement Restoration

This Lusby basement had unfortunately suffered water damage, but the homeowners had already taken the first step by tackling the necessary demolition before we arrived on site.

Stepping in for the rebuild phase, our team focused on restoring and revitalizing the space. We expertly installed new drywall along the lower sections of the walls, addressing the areas most commonly affected by water intrusion. We also installed molding, flooring and painted the walls, trim, etc.

Porch - Pantry Conversion

The customer wanted to enclose a porch to make a pantry. In addition to converting the porch to a pantry, we replaced the stair treds and railing.



It required detailed work, covering both functional space creation and important safety and aesthetic updates to the stairway.
